iLoveHACCP takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:

  • Colour contrast: Text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
  • Responsive design: The platform works across screen sizes and supports browser zoom up to 200% without loss of functionality.
  • Form labels: All form inputs have associated labels or accessible names for screen reader compatibility.
  • Alt text: Meaningful images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked appropriately.

#3Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas may have limitations:

  • PDF exports: Generated PDF documents may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We recommend using the on-screen plan view for accessible reading.
  • Third-party content: Some embedded content from third-party services may not fully meet accessibility standards.

We are actively working to address these limitations and improve accessibility across all features.
